Applications for the George & Rachel Shaw Scholarship administered by the Peabody Historical Society and funded by Sylvia Shaw Marble in honor of her parents, George and Rachel Shaw, are available at the Society Headquarters located at 35 Washington Street, Peabody, MA, by mail or online. The scholarship is for $3,000.
To be eligible, a student must be (1) a resident of Peabody, (2) having completed or currently completing their sophomore year in college or beyond, and (3) a full-time college student carrying at least twelve credits per semester.
If you have previously won the Shaw Scholarship, you are ineligible to apply again.
Submission deadline is Friday, March 22, 2024.
